What's the worst thing you've ever caused?

We have an EDMS (electronic document management system) and I've accidentally deleted everyone's access, from every single folder, of which there must be nigh on at least 1000.

I'm currently sitting here amending the access, folder by folder to reinstate everyone.

And there is no matrix of who should have what access.

Forgot a bid deadline. We had a good chance of winning it and it was a contract worth £30,000,000. I hope that makes you feel better!

Paid our £1m VAT bill to the wrong account details.. found out when HMRC's recovery officer turned up at our office .

I still work there by the way and have been promoted since - shit happens OP - try not to worry x

@AlwaysCheddar We tried that, and they can't do it. Its ok, they were ok about it at work, everyone should have access again by this afternoon. If I get on with it lol.
