She is pretty, and has been quite good in some stuff, and isn't THAT bad on BGT. Maybe a bit dramatic, but then so is David! Simon is a bit 'meh' and Alicia is OK, but slightly annoying.
The show as a whole has had its day however. As a few posters have said, this is the worst year ever. Some of the acts are terrible. Even some of the acts that have been put through to the semi finals were bloody awful. The fart guy was a (not very funny) joke, and the acts are a mix of dreadful, naff, amateurs, and professionals who already have an agent, an equity card, and years of professional experience behind them.
When it started, there were genuinely talented, unknown acts who became famous and successful from the show (like with the old talent shows 'Opportunity Knocks' and 'New Faces.') But this past 2 or 3 years, it's lost it.
The Susan Boyle moment was amazing; a genuinely talented, raw talent, who was shy and awkward, but had a lovely, sweet voice, and the whole audition gave me goosebumps. They have tried to recreate that entire scenario a number of times, but it's never happened.
Same with Gareth Gates (though I know this was Pop Idol;) he had a stammer and was badly bullied at school, and when he came on TV, he could hardly speak, but had the voice of an angel when he sang. Again, they have tried to recreate this over and over (on X Factor and BGT,) with the forced and OTT 'sob stories' that they keep pushing. All most people think now is 'to hell with the sob story; can you SING?!'
So yeah, BGT and X factor need to be binned IMO. Big Brother and The Jeremy Kyle show have been axed (thankfully;) it's time for these shows to go now too.
