NC for this, want to keep it not linked to other posts

Ive got a relative who needs a lot of help, always happy to give so no problem. Others around to ask, but sadly they lack social skills and can often be very rude so this isnt easy. Ive wondered about alzheimers, but this is really a lifelong thing maybe worse with age (73 now)

On request I took a friend to help painting and clearing and Ive now been accused of taking some jewellery worth about £30. All the work was outside so this is impossible, even if Id seen it Id have said what this doing here?, which Ive explained over and over

This was context but the problem is Im getting emails and texts absolutely full of hate, like theyve never said before. I replied to start to try for calm but it got worse so now blocked them, they left phone messages too but not replied

But what can I do now? I dont want to loose my relative but I cant say I did something I havent and nothing else looks like it will satisfy them. Can anyone give any advice?
