I’ve recently discovered healthymummy.co.uk and am thinking of joining but to be honest I’m finding it very confusing, does anyone do this that can explain to me the pricing?
It says £99 for a lifetime membership but then goes on to talk about monthly payments.
Is the £99 a joining fee in top of monthly payments?
If so, it’s quite expensive. It looks like quite a motivating weight loss site but would love to hear from anyone doing it!

I think maybe instead of being fleeced for something like that look at My Fitness Pal and try and do Couch to 5K instead. Both are free (for the basic version of MFP) and really help.

You’re right, I am probably being sucked in by the glossy supportive community vibe they are pushing.

There’s lots of knowledgeable and supportive weight loss threads on here which are also free. There’s a low carb boot camp running at the moment, and there’s other threads for 5:2 and any other diet you can think of. There’s often free Facebook groups as well - I’m on a dirty diet one (basically a combo of 5:2 and eating foods that are good for your gut health). There’s usually a couch 2 5k thread running as well.

Lots of free exercises on YouTube as well - yoga with Adrienne, 30 day shred and fitness blender are all good. Fitness blender has its own website as well as a YouTube channel, where there’s community boards and people talk about their progress.

I don’t know anything about healthymummy I’m afraid, but a confusing pricing structure is rarely a good sign.
