For those with an unstable hot tub?

Do you leave it on all the time and does it cost a bloody fortune? Realistically we would only use it on a weekend but wondering if it was cheaper to leave it heated than firing up from cold each time?

It will always be cheaper to let it cool and then heat it up again when needed. You pay fo the heat the thing gives off to its surroundings, and the hotter you keep it the more heat it will give off.

The trade off is the convenience you gain by keeping it in a ready-to-use condition.

Our costs us about £10 a month in electricity to run, at 36C.

It auto turns off after 3 days of not pressing any buttons, so I would say it’s heating it up 4 days a week
