Cancelling bids on eBay

Posting for traffic.

I've been asked by a buyer to cancel their bid as they have realised the item isn't suitable. Can I do this? If so how? Thanks!

When I say unsuitable, they have said it's the wrong size but the size is clearly stated both in the title and the listing. The item ends in 26 hours. I don't usually sell on eBay so I'm not familiar with this situation.

It would be quicker to Google it than to post the question!
