It is an IT management course, 100 % buzzwords and bullshit, boring as hell but a must have in my role

Everything's agile and devops these days, surely? ITIL is indeed dull

Random18 · 23/05/2019 14:38

Good Luck!!!!

You are going about this all wrong, OP. You need to break free of silo thinking and take a linear approach outside the box. Good luck!

ITIL was developed by the DTI years ago. (I say as a qualified ITIL practitioner ....).

Have you got to known and unknown unknowns yet ?

Most organisations get into it for change management ...

Anyone have any study guides or tips for tonight's homework joy?

Did you get a "little ITIL" with the course ? It's all in there.

Random18 · 23/05/2019 16:04

Basically just learn the little book as best you can.

And the exam wasn’t too bad if I remember correctly.

It was amazing how much had sunk in (then anyway 😂)

notagoodidea · 23/05/2019 16:59

Sounds like you are describing itil3, there is no book in this course it is all online with just 2 exams to practice on and the course materials.
