Have a problem with the drains and need to ask someone who deals with them Don't want to put details as it's unpleasant and may need a trigger warning. If there's a more appropriate place for this question please let me know. TIA

I don't work for them but worked in the industry for a number of years, so maybe able to help you. If you have a drainage issue then you should be able to contact then 24hrs on a helpline if they are causing issues you can escalate it to the drinking water inspectorate or OFWAT.
