Please can any one help
Over a month ago I sold my Property with Shipways. On Saturday I was chatting with a Relative and she told me she was thinking of buying a house by myself and Jokingly I said I would have known you could be brought mine but it’s sold. She Replied I have got a few to see including one on the road that my sold house was on.
Looking at her pictures it became Apparent that the one she had arranged a viewing was mine shipways had asked if she wanted to see the house on Monday at no point had contacted myself or my husband .
I was so shocked that Shipways was booking in people to see my house we out telling us,we went straight up the shop the Manager lied to us saying that one of his Colleagues should have call you on Thursday.
So my question is can I pull out of my Contract and sell my house my self? Have I got good grounds to cancel

So have you sold it or not?

If you havent exchanged yes. You can pull out. And essentially you found the buyer yourself. But check the lock in period of any contract you signed with ship ways. It's not a great thing to do to the current prospective buyers though and of want to be pretty sure it was a solid sale to your cousin before pulling out.

Relative not cousin.

It sounds to me as though your estate agent has got wind that your sale isn't secure and is lining up viewings so you aren't left without a buyer. I would ask them why they are still offering viewings.
