Not as aibu as such, posting for traffic mainly..

We returned from a holiday in Morocco on Friday, since then we have all had dicky tummies but my 4 year old is quite bad, starting yesterday morning. Bad stomach cramps, at least 5 diarrhoea bouts during the day and night, sorry for tmi but it is bright green/yellow. Should I be taking her the doctors? She is drinking plenty, her normal amount, is playing etc but is very pale and tired.

Take her to the pharmacist first.

It’s bile i think that’s bright green/ yellow, it doesn’t break down because it’s moving quickly

If you call your surgery they should be willing to get a GP to ring you back to discuss in the first instance. I wouldn't take a potentially infectious child with diarrhoea into the surgery unless the GP feels it's necessary.
