Person I was involved with is getting married. To someone else. It’s soon. I don’t feel any differently about him although I’ve been trying to. Anyway it is what it is. I don’t know what to do on the day. I don’t have any close friends who could hang out with me. I thought about going up a hill or something, bit of nature to help me keep perspective but I’m not sure. What would you do?

You’re still going to have your thoughts with you OP wherever you are, so I’d just go somewhere you feel at ease. Or maybe go and watch a few films at the cinema to take your mind of it a little bit.

How about something you wouldn’t usually do like a horse riding lesson or have a go on a Segway. Alternatively can you visit family and just be away somewhere nice?

I like the idea of learning something, if I can keep my head together I suppose.
