I have eaten an enormous amount of junk over the last few days 
Most likely stress eating due to the following !:
I have awful PMS ; feeling very irritated / raging / tender and sensitive.
Currently awaiting biopsy results for a possible cancer .
We are meant to be flying to Italy on Wednesday but now we can’t go .
It was a last minute trip and after booking we ended up very distracted by biopsy etc and forgot about insurance , so we’re not covered for cancellation.
DC think we aren’t going because DH has to work , understandably they’re disappointed and moping .
Work is very busy and stressful.
The house is a mess .
It’s going to be a week before we get results . I can’t continue to eat like this 
What can I do to distract myself ?
