Post surgery swimsuit

Don’t know where to put this so thought I’d put it here for traffic.

I was browsing some shopping sites and found this post surgery swimsuit. It’s a very nice swimsuit but what the hell makes it post surgery? Is it supportive after a c-section? If so, why not just say it has extra support? Can you wear it even if you haven’t had surgery? So many questions!

It's not post c section - it's for post mastectomy. It's got wee pockets to put prosthetics in and cups that are padded. And it's high at the front so you can't see scars.
