I cannot give too much info as outing. Im bottom of the eing as am a trainee. I am keen to learn and respect the qualified staff . However, some people have used my lowly status as a chance to belittle me knowing that i cannot comain as it will affect my grades/ report.
How do you deal with this? I tow the line 100%...or as much as possible.
I think i am the kind of person who annoys people without trying tbh.

In what ways are they belittling you? How much longer do you have to be there?
Is the training organised by a provider external to the placement, e. g. PGCE in a school but course provided by university?

Are you an employee? What do you mean by belittling? Have you said anything?

Iggypoppie · 19/05/2019 13:59

i hate overly hierarchical organisations as a rule. Especially when they permit bullying.

I’m curious about the annoying people without trying. How does that manifest?
