Hi everyone! I've been on and off with the gym for a few years now. Right now I'm at the off stage, fallen off majorly and I think it's because it's hard having the motivation to carry on when you're doing it by yourself and not having anyone to be accountable to. I've been with friends who come once and then don't want to do it anymore so I'm proposing a gym group where we can commit to times/days and go work out together with likeminded people who are serious about their health and wellbeing.
I'm in North London and signed up to The Gym Group.
