Would really appreciate others opinions on this
Basically- a member of staff has a long history of complaints against her - attitude, rude etc
Culmination was a professional asked this secretary to make an appointment (urgent) for results, Horrible member of staff made numerous excuses not to make the appointment and the patient finally got called on the morning and was distressed as in 'obviously her cancer has spread' which wasn't the case.
This 'team' member regularly swears, as in 'fucking thick bastards' etc, and I know its not relevant but she's 'in love' with a toyboy from eygypt - she's 64 and he wants an visa you freak!! gah!
what would you do
