I've seen a post advertised for a nanny share.

The person advertising has 2 children, 1 year old and 3 year old.

The family she shares a nanny with are stopping the arrangement, so now she wants another family to share with.

But ... this must all take place in the new family's house! So she's offering a tried and trusted nanny plus two other toddlers to come as a package to do childcare in your house.

I'm guessing this might suit some people? perhaps? but also maybe the nanny would like a say in where she will be working.

It's not major but - like I said - slightly cheeky? Or not? I'm sure I can trust AIBU to tell me Grin.

Presumably the family she shared with previously “hosted” / this one wfh. I have a similar arrangement (I’m the “host”) and I wouldn’t react at all if I read this!

Perhaps the Nanny has a say in the vetting process.
