Hi has anyone ever received a item of clothing from next that isn’t what they ordered or looked worn
I have had this happen a few times now
And next are now going to charge me for the goods blaming me for this
They say they sent out the correct item from the warehouse
It was quality checked and tracked so their is no way I could have received a incorrect item or worn item
I am livid
Does anyone know if u make a store return from directory does it go back to warehouse
I would like to know

I always report this to the staff in store
But customer service are saying this doesn’t count !

I returned a pair of boys shorts yesterday because they had marks across them. Not worn but certainly not quality checked. I returned in store and had no problems at all. She stuck a sticker on it to say it was faulty

You can return things in store you’ve purchased online if that’s what you mean.

I am always buying stuff from next and never had an issue. I think you were just unlucky. I like the fact I can order things up to midnight and they get delivered the next day so I order quite a lot of things.

you can return directory items to a store. I've never had any problems returning stuff. I returned a bra recently as it had a tear in the lace. The salesperson just put it in a bag with a sticker on, no questions asked.

I always return to store
But now the place where the returns end up are saying I have sent back wrong item or damaged them
As they were quality checked beforehand

I only buy jeans from next as the 360 ones are the only jeans I have found so far that fit me perfectly. I recently ordered a pair in light grey and when they arrived they had white marks at the top of the leg, similar to marks left by too much washing powder. I turned them inside out and was horrified to see yellow staining on the gusset and down the tops of the legs as if someone had peed themself. Took them back, showed the assistant and she looked at me as if I had horns growing out of my head. She did order me a new pair though.
