Hi, Advice please, I have had a new bathroom fitted, it has been a nightmare from start to finish, they have had to redo work repeatedly as things have been broken and been done wrong.
As its nearly finished I decided to clean it today and upon cleaning I have found they have tried to hide a massive scratch on one of the white tiles behind the radiators.
I feel bad they are nice people but obviously not bathroom fitters, they have done other work in my house for me and its ok, they are in the middle of doing my kitchen at the moment and it seems ok. I paid for the bathroom already but not the kitchen yet.
At this point I don't really want them back in the bathroom as it seems its a case of one step forward two back whenever they do something, but the tile will need replacing so what do I do?
Tell them to do it then watch them while they do it or get someone else in to do it and charge them for it?
