Seeing someone but it’s esrly days. Have quite a long hours job so unfortunately out of 5 dates, I have had to cancel 2 weekday ones, always apologetic and give immediate options to rearrange. He knows about long hours and fact I have to sometimes work until late into the evening. Whenever we have weekend dates I am always there obviously. He also works tricky shift patterns and we had plans to do something today in between his shifts, but he hasn’t confirmed times yet - I would obviously like to see him but respect the fact he must be exhausted etc as on nights! Do I say anything? He kept making reference to us doing something tomorrow yesterday (we messaged while he was on shift so busy!) but didn’t directly give me a time when I asked. He has been very reliable and seemed keen throughout so far

It sounds like too much hard work to even see each other.

Probably! But I do like him. I feel like once we get past this initial few dates stage it will become easier, as can visit each other’s houses etc rather than having dates...

But what is going to change as it seems like your job shifts are the deciding factors?
