To feel lonely and a bit fed up of people simultaneously

I'm 31, a single working parent to two beautiful boys who of course take a lot of time and effort and driving around.
I'd say I have three/four friends I can call if I need to talk, but a lot of the time they don't answer as they themselves are very busy. I saw two friends fairly regularly and we do lovely things together like walks and beach visits and coffee. I don't really drink, so I guess I miss out on the social side of that.
I moved 400 miles when I was 23, so I have left some pretty awesome people behind I have just lost touch with now eight years on.
At the same time, some people who I could probably make sure effort with could become my friends, but I find I don't have the bandwidth for it. Also, dating, 99% of the time I can't be arsed. I'm OLD in the sense that I have a profile, and I've given my number out to one guy, who kept phoning too much 🙄 so I'm not meeting him. I also can't be bothered with the expectation that having a man brings, dressing up and that nonsense.
AIBU...
