My ds received a party invite via my phone last night. Unfortunately we are away that weekend I text the dm back. Would my ds be available the week end after if she could swop the party? (organised paintballing +party food afterwards).
He would I said!!
Received word today that the party has indeed been rescheduled to include my ds!
How amazingly kind!
Who has done an act of kindness for your dc lately?

How nice OP.

It obviously meant a lot to the birthday child that your son could be there.

I can't think of an example for mine, but I'm sure there's something, people are generally nice to them!

Our neighbours are very kind to our children. To our daughter they are like extra grandparents. She sometimes goes for walks with them, when they are walking the dog, and watches movies with them. Both our neighbours are also volunteers at the school and for a while they were a sort of aunt and uncle for a very troubled girl in foster care, so we knew from the start that they could be trusted with our children. They are our friends.

My DD (then 11) vomited on the bus to school. A lady sat with her and gave her water and held her hair out of her eyes as she was sick again. When they got into town she cleaned her up the best she could then popped her into a taxi and sent her home. She even paid for the taxi. (After calling me on DDs mobile to let me know what was happening) Miraculously I managed to track her down to pay her back and give her flowers and choccies. I’ll never forget her!
