I'm terrified it's bed bugs. But I can't see any? Checked the mattress seams and bed frame but nothing. Are they easy enough to spot? Bites are pretty small, not much bigger than a pinhead but itchy, though not as itchy as fleas (had them before eugh). Mainly on my torso, a few on limbs. No discernable pattern. Any idea mumsnetters?
