Sounds like a wonderful school but lack of funding means the head will limit the number of children with EHCPs as she can no longer afford to support their needs.

To provide equal and fair access to prospective pupils, according to the published admissions criteria.

They need to amend their admissions policy then.
I'm surprised it has taken this long for schools to say that they are going to have to do this.
