Me and mom had a big fallout three years ago, we patched things up and we spoke regular and met up every month.
A friend, whom I haven't seen in years, told me that my mom had being saying negative things and basically just putting me down and telling her personal things about me. When asked my mom about this on text, she admitted to saying those things. ( my mom had said those things while we were in regular contact )
We haven't spoke since that (about 2 months ago). I spoke to my grandparent a few weeks ago and I asked her how my mom was and she said she was a bit depressed. Obviously me worrying, I text her and asked if she was ok, I didn't get a response.
My mom has always been somewhat childish and I'm just fed up of her not being happy for me. She is very generous and had helped me with money in the past but she has a evil side to her that just likes to put me down.
Now that I'm having a baby, I don't know if I want that negativity in my baby's life.
Please help?? Advice x
