To not trust Vodafone?

I used to have 4GB data. It used to last about a week to ten days, then I was charged ridiculous amounts for going over.

So. I upgraded to 15GB data. The times and apps I used did not change at all. I've now got 3 days left and I've only used 2GB data.

This all seems very convenient.

Vodafone are lying, thieving fuckwits with appealing customer service and no moral code.

Everything above
Vodafone are robbers, their information is outdated and ever changing . Their phone line numbers don’t work .
Last week I had two full days with zero data, no explanation.
Their customer service is atrocious.
Everything about Vodafone is frustrating and makes you want to tear your hair out.
And before you ask, I have it because it’s a work phone.

And they take payment for data, yet you can’t use it, then they tell you it’s all gone . Really the worst. Don’t waste your life on customer services though.
I’d never allow my teenage daughters to have Vodafone, simply because of the data issues and how safety could be compromised by suddenly being unable to use data /service for long periods of time . It’s too risky if they’re trying to find a cab, call home , access online banking etc.
Dreadful!

Yup, my Alcatel phone downloaded some scamware as part of a routine update. Ended up charging £5 a month to mymediagams (sounds like totally legit company)! They had several years of my customer history to see I barely use my phone bar a few texts/short call per month, certainly nothing gaming related. Customer services agreed to refund by not taking the direct debit until the charges balanced out and they would block the number to prevent further charges. They did neither, so I canceled my contract and moved to EE who have so far been cheaper and not added unsolicited charges to my account.
