So I received a letter today stating that of the 14/2/19 I was entitled to nothing. I had received nothing for 15 months anyway, prior to that I had received cm for about 18 months,

however, my AIBU is how is he allowed to pretend he has no income when he is a 50 year old male, no disabilities, lives with his mother in state pension in a council property. He quit his work after being finally caught by CMO and has previously worked cash in hand. He owes arrears which the CMO have stated that they doubt I’ll ever see. So that’s £5000, flushed down the toilet because they can’t do anything. It has gone to court, but he declared no income. Although CMO also said he promised £100 paid tomorrow.
I know I’ll never see it.
How is this allowed. If I left my child with no money then I would rightly be imprisoned, but men like my ex can just ruin lives when they choose with no comeuppance. Makes me sick.
