Got song stuck in my head and no idea what it is - please help :)

I’ve got a song in my head and I have no idea what it is.

The annoying thing is I don’t know any of the lyrics - I just have (what I think is) the main part of the tune, and have no idea how to identify it.

I think it’s a fairly recent song and maybe it’s been used on an advert, but I can’t think which one (maybe McDonalds or KFC?)

The best way I can describe the bit of the song in my head is that it’s played on some synths or something and sounds quite upbeat and summery, and the rhythm is something like: Doo doo doo do-do-do-do-do-do, doo doo doo do-do-do-do-do-do.

I thought it might be something by Macklemore maybe, but just checked on Spotify and none of their songs seem to be like this.

Could anyone help??

Is it the Paxo Rooster Booster advert? (Although that's from the early 80's).

It really seems like it comes from an advert - either a car advert or an ad where people are together, maybe having food or dancing together. And the saxophone music starts playing and then it’s cut off when the ad finishes.

(I transcribed it above into sheet music).
