Ordered from John Lewis and paid for next day delivery. Order arrived but two items were missing. Contacted them and they have said they they will arrive tomorrow. However, I now won't get them in time for when I need them. I only paid for next day delivery because of these two items. AIBU to expect a refund to bring it down to the standard postage cost? I don't even need the other things until next week - sod's law it is the two things I need that I now that were missing!
