End Game Excitment

I've booked tickets to go and watch The Avengers: End Game tomorrow night.. I am beyond excited! I'm going to surprise DH tomorrow!

Anyone else excited? AIBU to be just as excited as the time I went to see the last Harry Potter movie?

I can’t confess to know what the End Game is about but I certainly understand the excitement of going to see something very special.

Ah thank you! It's just a film (a 3 hour long film - God I hope there's a break!) but I haven't been to the cinema for ages! 3D as well! We're really going all out 😅

Its fantastic - can’t wait to see it again!

There aren’t any breaks, and there’s so much going on that there’s really no suitable time for a toilet trip otherwise you’ll miss too much of the storyline.

It doesn’t feel like three hours though, I was shocked when it ended as it only felt like we’d been watching for about 1.5hours.

It’s such a well made film I’ll be surprised if it’s not nominated for some of the technical Oscars.

Sooo jealous! DP will be taking DSS at the weekend, but we have no one to have DS who's 11mo so I won't get to see it! I watched all the marvel films in order in preparation. Have an awesome time! :D

@Brightburn I saw it last night! There isn't a break in it but to be honest the three hours went so fast!

Arrgh I have an ebf baby who can't be left that long, so I'm either going to have to see it in a baby screening and miss half the story due to noisy babies, or wait for the dvd! Curses!!

I took my ds14 to see it at 00:01 (because I really really wanted to see it).

Make sure you go for a wee first - you aren’t going to want to miss a second.

It’s the perfect superhero movie.

We saw it today, it was epic!

saw it today with DD7 it was excellent 😍😍

My kids went to see it at midnight. They were VERY impressed. It must have been a bit too emotional though because they've spent the day in bed they're so worn out.

Three cheers for three hour movies on wet days. While Mum mumsnets.
