Do you spend a lot of time on social media apps? I was talking to a friend tonight and we both agreed that it's a time killer, something to do when you're bored.

I only look when I'm filling time, but do other people trawl through all their friends stories/posts as standard?

I can always judge my mood and how much I've been on my phone that day, when I feel low I'm on my phone a lot because I've little energy to do much else. When I'm feeling good I go on my phone a lot less as I actually have the motivation and energy to do something more enjoyable.

That's interesting it goes by mood, I can definitely relate to that

Yes and no.

I spend a lot of time on social media as that’s part of my job so I do trawl timelines but not my own (or I go on my FB to check notifications etc)

Does anyone keep checking on social media to see what everyone your friends with is doing?

I think I do a fair amount. My DP on the other hand works in social media and spends 6+ hours a day on it!

I more of a voyeur. I don't really post anything. Just look at others
