Son has started pooing like crazy! Normal?

My 6 month old is still ebf (he was 6 months 3 days ago and starting solids on Monday!). Since he was born he did 1 poo a day like clockwork. The last couple of weeks he's started doing up to 4/5 poos a day!

Can anyone advise whether this could be normal?

Do the poos look the same as normal? Still the same colour and consistency? Is there any way he could have an upset stomach? Is he teething/ dribbling more than usual?

Sounds like teething poos.

He's definitely teething. I had no ideas teething made babies poo!

It's something to do with extra saliva, I don't know whether it's because it acts as an extra lubricant or just irritates their systems but yes, teething causes extra poos!
