Which Butlin’s? Have you spoke to lost property ? Do you have house insurance?

sweeneytoddsrazor · 23/04/2019 13:02

I imagine you will have to claim on your insurance

user1471590586 · 23/04/2019 13:03

Did you take the Butlins travel insurance?

fezzesarecool · 23/04/2019 13:08

Yes we have insurance, it’s just really we needed a nice holiday It’s been a stressful time recently and just when things were looking up this just feels like the last straw I like utterly defeated

We’re been given a free one until the end of the holiday and they will look at the cctv

All we got told was it’s our fault for leaving it at the buggy area and they are not responsible for other guests behaviour

The thing is it’s actually a shitty buggy, well used not a lovely new Sliver Cross or anything

Go on your local freecycle and ask if someone has a buggy they don’t want anymore. loafs of people have them taking up space in the garage and just want to get rud!

CallMeRachel · 23/04/2019 13:12

The only way to get it back is to view cctv quickly before the chavs who knocked your buggy leaves the park and buggers off home.

You can buy buggy buddy's with a combination lock - it's obviously to late now but in the future it may help.

Thanks everyone, great advice for future reference 🤞 it’s found

Just gone to soft play where we’ve been told to leave the buggy outside and apparently at this part they stand outside watching them unlike at the swimming pool so hopefully that means there’s CCTV by the unwatched area

Nope no cctv as where we get told to park they aren’t allowed to put cameras as people are in swimming suits. Why the fuck do they tell us to park there then?!

Not a lot we can do about it now, literally having no luck at all this year. I wish I could just go to sleep and have it be a new year. I know I sound really dramatic and it’s just a buggy but it’s been all this massive things happening recently and all these little things just makes you feel like you’re breaking.

Anyway just feeling very sorry for myself, we’ll get this sorted and then the next shitty thing will happen.

Thanks everyone
