To not want DD working here

My DD1 is almost 18. She's taking a break from education and working full time as a waitress.
It's a small very nice posh restaurant and she likes working there. They pay above minimum wage and split the tips so she does very well from tips.
But the manager/owner is awful. He shouts and swears. He shouts directly in her face and swears at her (fucking idiot etc). Not just her apparently treats all the staff like that.
Yesterday he grabbed her arm.
I have gently suggested she look for another job and as she's almost 18 I know I need to let her deal with it herself.

It sounds horrible, however it will be a wonderful learning experience for her in a low stakes job. It will equip her to deal with people like this further on in her career.
