I'm a model (signed with 2 pretty big agencies in London) and have 2/3 jobs each month usually. Started age 18.
Go on castings constantly though which gets tiresome.
Haven't worked for any designer brands yet but a fair few beauty/makeup jobs and swimwear/lingerie.

I'm also a student studying natural sciences at a university in London in my 2nd year.Smile

I will be looking for a job relating to my degree after graduation but if my modelling picks up more before then I'll definitely dedicate full time to that after graduating.

(I'm 20 years old for reference)

Childrens oncology nurse. Not sure how i feel about it.
Amazing days and tough days. Im comfortable in uncomfortable situations...like not realising your hands in hot water until its burned. Ive burned out a few times.
People around me think i should be immune by now but im not and i cant talk to loved ones about the tough days.

I love the science, the making people better, supporting families during the rubbish bits and guiding them through things but theres the parts of the job i find really tough going

I'm pretty much retired now. Used to work in finance dept of a world wide stainless steel company, traveled quite a lot, Ireland, Portugal and Germany for some strange reason, but other places now and again. Problem was they don't build steel plants in nice places and the bloody woman who booked the flights, always had us traveling in our own time, not the company's.

I’m a sonographer. I love it! So much variety, well paid and I can get a job absolutely anywhere.

Coulddowithanap · 21/04/2019 11:11

I'm a labourer and on call firefighter. Just wish I did both earlier on in my life rather than the boring office jobs I did before.

happydays00 · 21/04/2019 13:09

I'm a freelance project manager. I have travelled internationally a lot but now try to limit to 2-3 times a year due to home / kids etc
