I don’t understand what’s remarkable here other than the curved shape you see when you view the aerial floorplan? Decor is very much appropriate tothe type of property

Ooooh, lovely inside! Imagine how noisy it is though with being on the main road, and also virtually in town. In the day, and also night-time it would be quite hectic I imagine.

I would also never, ever buy a flat. For a multitude of reasons.

The lounge should have been where bedroom 2 is, (and bedroom 2 where the lounge is obvs!) but apart from that it's fine.

I could find a better use for nearly half a million quid but it's not exactly remarkable.

the third "bedroom" is the width of our hallway and we only live in a bog standard 3 bed terrace. it seems strange that the entrance is quite big and so is the bathroom and 2 of the bedrooms but the third is tiny and the kitchen is as well.

Places like that are never usually to my taste but I actually like it over priced though... my dds would love running around a circular flat like a maze

No keen on the shade of red, or the yellow pillars (although that yellow elsewhere might be nice). Other than that, it's fine.

I'm the only one feeling uneasy about the lack of right angles in the corners and the rugs not being parallel to the fireplace hearths

Lovely looking flat, right on the harbour, but on the main sea front 'drag'.

Like I said, a bit too close to one of the busiest part of Ramsgate.

Reminds me of a Gaudi block I visited in Barcelona - similar layout with rooms in succession around a curve. The third bedroom is of course a small study so the estate agent is taking the piss.

If money was no object I would put the main bedroom into what is now the lounge and knock through into the loo to make an en suite. Then I would knock though what is now bedroom two into the hallway and the dining room to make two semi contained spaces. And put a proper door in the hallway between what are currently bedrooms one and two.

Nice flat, but Ramsgate is a complete dump.

I'd feel sick constantly.

Nothing is square!!! The bedrooms are all off!! The walls are wonky aaaaargh

Decor is alright tho.
