Please humour me folks

I was sterilised 4 years ago after 4 children.. and 4 months ago had unprotected sex with my bf. We have since split up but despite the fact I'm in on a strict diet and go to the gym daily, I am steadily gaining 2llbs a week and can often feel flutters in my belly. I keep telling myself.im imagining it as I still have regular periods...

BUT is there any chance I could be.pregnant Shock

When i got sterilised last year they said there was a 1 in 200 chance i could fall pregnant, not going to lie i wasn't all that chuffed with the odds!!
I have been getting flutters most days since having my first 4 years ago!

You have to reduce your calories a fair bit at 42. I was in a similar position re weight and went to a dietician. Apparently women over 41 need about 1100 a day just to maintain!!! I had to go down to 900 to lose then stick to 1100.

Age sucks Angry

I.know My sister mentioned the same thing. I've had a slim fast shake for breakfast and am having fruit for lunch. I'm having grilled chicken and salad for my evening meal.
