AIBU for being a numpty

Went to my physio appointment for 5, only to find it was at 4. I ignored a text and my own calendar as I was certain it was at 5. I've got the pleasure of paying out for an appointment I didn't use. I feel very stupid.

Totally. If it makes you feel any better I've taken a poorly dd to the drs an hour early twice this year.

I turned up at the opticians an hour late - I had received four text reminders and had a call the day before and still got it wrong!

I had written it down wrong and that time was in my head and wasn't shifting for anyone.
