Not necessarily unreasonable, posting for traffic please answer even if just yes or no.

Thinking of starting child minding from home. But I have 2 cats, and it's a 2 bed flat with garden, would you have an issue with this??

I wouldn't as long as no one allergic to the cats

I think instead somewhere that you need a dedicated room for it.

I don't think I'd have an issue with it myself but you may find it haed of space is an issue. A woman local to me is a childminder and has a large house so that one of the rooms of her home is set up like a nursery and is separate from the rest of the house. I'm not sure if this is a requirement, but some people might prefer it.

  • find it hard if space is an issue.

If it's flats surely it's not fair to your neighbours.

I don’t know much about the regulations and how they inspect your home when you register but i guess you’d need to make it clear to potential clients in case their kids had allergies.

Cats wouldn't bother me but unless its the GF flat with direct access to a garden, that would bother me.
