My neighbours security light is going on and off every couple of minutes and I can’t get to sleep. I currently have a fractured spine a herniated disc and a cyst on my spine. They have a rabbit living on the drive and that is the cause of the flashing light. I text twice during the night at 3.00 and 4.00 This morning I was told to stop blowing things out of proportion and that the rabbit was not on the drive. I then dared to say if the rabbit is not out and the cats are not out then there must be a fault. I have been in tears all day. I am unwell and not sleeping because of a flashing light lighting up my bedroom every few minutes HELP
