To be a bit choked up?

DH, suffering from ongoing depression for a while now (PTSD from long-ago battlefield trauma). Asked by the doc what makes him happy, he replied "I live in paradise and I have a wife I value far above gold." I sniffled a bit.

Ahhh thats lovely. Glad he can see the good through all the pain of ptsd/depression.
