ABIU to ask what was the most unbelievable betrayal that happened to you?

I was on a course and there was a Christmas night out mid-December. Apparently it was a bit of a mess, but I had chosen not to go as they weren't my type of friends.
Next thing I get a SOCIAL WORKER ringing me on Monday morning saying that she's had reports that I was drunk and disorderly and that she wanted to investigate me. I told her to call our course Director as she could account for the fact that I wasn't there at all (as far as I knew she was also going).
She called the course Director but it turns out that she hadn't been there either! So she couldn't say whether I was there or not.
I then had social workers come out and had to prove to them that I couldn't have been out because I had done A, B & C and had evidence of it.
I know that someone maliciously reported me for this but I never found out who nor why. I had three suspects. One slept with my bf about 6 months later and she was the one who was actually arrested on the night out, so I strongly suspect it was her. Maybe she thought they'd mix us up or something and she could put the blame on me. She's a very sick individual.
Am I the only one who has had this sort of crap happen?

Mine is SS too. Someone reported that I had hit my son in the street and there was then screaming/shouting in the flat for almost an hour. The report was made the day my mother (who I haven’t seen in almot a decade) discovered that I had taken my son on (sister is his birth mother) so I suspect it was her, especially as they could name me and my son but didn’t know my actual address just the general area. Like you experience it was very upsetting.

My mum not believing I had been abused by her husband and then 5 years later inviting me to the wedding when she remarried him.

I think it's the dirtiest move you can make. Because how the hell do you defend yourself to SS???? I was never as terrified in all my life.
I think I know it was the one who was arrested and then shagged my then DP.
I don't think anyone else would have done it. She was well fucked up.

If your children were being looked after though at the time when you were apparently three sheets to the wind, then what the hell was ss issue?

I lent my then boyfriends female best friend a rather sexy dress for a uni event they were going to. I didn't go as partners weren't invited.

Applied for a job whilst in Australia. Gave old boss as a reference. She either hated me or forgot what I actually did, she basically screwed the job for me. Didn't get it.

Discovering by chance that my other half had started gambling again and got us in a huge amount of debt. Cherry on the top being when he told me that if I hadn't accidentally found out he would never have told me but just let me carry on living a lie.
