I’m in a fourth floor flat. There are two flats below us. I need to do some drilling, probably about an hour to an hour and a half to do what I need to. There are no children in the neigbour’s flats (both single men in their late 20s). I’ve been waiting since first thing to do it and I can’t do the other things I want to finish until I do the drilling. It’s late enough now for me to not be an inconsiderate git isn’t it?
