I was a passenger on the motorway and passed a coach, I happened to look across and the driver was texting at the wheel.

Was I a dick to email the company?

There was a yellow children/school coach sign in the front window. No idea if there were kids on board though.

No I probably know I'm not unreasonable but I've never been a "grass" and I'd hate anyone to lose their job because of something I've done but equally if there was an accident and I hadn't said anything I'd hate that more.

WANBU - any passenger on his bus (or anyone else on the road) is in danger. I loathe people who text while driving. It's stupid, selfish and really dangerous.

The tachometer (or whatever they use to check driving hours) will tell them he was moving and phone will time his texts.
He could have killed the lot of you!

I've heard of people's phone records being checked in this situation, so it shouldn't be your word against his.
