Hey all,
I'm moving to Dublin in June and will be working in the city center. I am looking for the safest place to rent as I want to feel safe walking around the area on my own. Also I have all my own furniture and love gardening so would want some sort of our door space (even just a balcony) and ideally unfurnished! Most places seem to be furnished I'm not sure if there is any legal requirement for this. Does anyone have any tips on where to start looking?
