Hi panicking very slightly here.
Had a coil in five years ago. Just realised it’s out of date. All the info on line states that it’s still effective until round 6years- how they have established that is anyone’s guess.
Booked in to have it done next month (earliest I can get in anywhere) worry is have had sex recently and stressing re a unplanned pregnancy !
Will stop/ use something else on the meantime ... anyone any similar experience ?
I’m 45 !
