To be sad narked that our headteacher has to retire

Last november my son's school had a really good OFSTED report. It praised our head teacher and said she was excellent.

The head teacher is now retiring because of back problems.

Its understandable and not her fault, but I feel its unreasonable that she hasn't cloned herself first.

i felt like that about our last headteacher (though she took another job) the new one is awful

Very unreasonable. FGS what was she thinking. Luckily our brilliant headteacher has a spine of steel so back problems will not be an issue.
