Greyhounds!

As much as I loooooove Basset hounds, my favorite breed has to be Shiloh Shepherds, and I'll even give you THREE pictures to show how adorable they are (as is my DH, or what you can see of him). All the dogs in the pics belong (or belonged, two of them are sadly deceased) to my MIL and FIL. I can't wait til we get a place with more land - their fenced in area is about an acre.

Wire haired foxies. We waited a long time till it was time and now we have this little monkey. Stubborn, not overly affectionate, funny as, clever.

Irish Terrier. Mine's a rescue. I have honestly never met anyone else with one so if anybody else has one please say hi! Her temperament around the children is amazing, she's like a little dog mummy to them ❤

Delighted about all the Scottie love on here. They are just the best breed ever. So independent, proud, and dignified - but also loyal, funny and clever.

Most definitely a White German Shepherd!

Mixed breed

I want a greyhound or a whippet when the children are a bit older, preferably a retired racing greyhound. Although my sister's got a Border Terrier and they're quite cute too!

It's got to be border collie!

Carkie (cairn x yorkie). Very noisy but also vey sweet

@WBWIFE my dd’s dog is a Yorkie - I love her. She has an enormous character for such a small beast

mogtheexcellent thank you I know. We've had colours all our lives. But the farm we got it from (and I mean an actual working dairy farm that has wprking collies) is now retiring the dogs so we've lost our line. And obviously we don't want to go online so it's been very hard to try and find another source. At least trustable one.

I would love a dalmatian. I feel so happy inside everytime I see one. But unfortunately it's not practical for us to have any dog, let alone a bigger dog. One day though 🤞

Rescue dogs! My lovable mutt is the sweetest dog in the world despite being abused. Also appreciate responsible breeders tho. I've also had a Great Dane, Boxer and Alaskan Malamute growing up.

I'm allergic to many dogs and I have no reaction to Goldens.... and they are not known for being hypoallergenic at all. Love them, so playful and kind
