CAMHS experiences?

We have an appointment tomorrow re our teens immense anxiety. I only ever hear bad things about them. Has anyone had any good experiences with camhs and a child who can't access school due to anxiety?

A teenage family member had great care from them. I wont go into details but she was critically ill and admitted to a psychiatric hospital for over a year. The ongoing care from CAMHS has enabled her to finally return home, and the things they have put in place means she has ongoing access to specialist care, and immediate access to more intensive help should she require it.
