Sorry to use AIBU but I’m so stressed out and need the traffic
A few weeks ago I had to go to dentist with impacted/infected wisdom tooth. He gave me antibiotics. It seemed to get better. 2 weeks on and I think I have an infection elsewhere. My whole mouth feels awful. Random shooting pains around my mouth going into head.
A small, moveable lump has suddenly appeared on the floor of my mouth under tongue which now has an ulcer on it (a small ulcer on side of lump) and when I eat I get sharp pains under my right ear. Almost unbearable pains.
Started feeling generally unwell last night so went to bed early. This morning I feel like I have a hangover, headache, feel sick, very lethargic, a bit sweaty ... but I have to go to work.
I’m very anxious. I know I have to get into dentist but can anyone offer any insight first into what I should expect?
